This course is intended for incoming freshmen or any student who wants to improve their writing skills in preparation for or during high school. We will go through the writing process piece by piece, as well as cover the basics of how to construct a research paper, find and analyze sources, and cite those sources. Ultimately this will help students prepare for and practice writing the research-based and analytical essays required of them throughout their high school career.
